Privacy Policy
Quigly (quigly.app) is operated by TSN, Inc. ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect
Information you provide
If you create an account, we collect your email address and the display name you choose. Signing in with Google shares your email and basic profile info with us via Google OAuth. An account is optional — you can play without one.
Gameplay data
We store your puzzle results (solve time, mistakes, undos, hints used, move sequence), streaks, and training activity. For players without accounts, this is linked to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your identity.
Shared results
If you tap Share, we generate an image of your scorecard and a public link to it. Shared results show your display name (or "Someone" if you're anonymous), your result, and your streak — never your email or account details. Results are only made public when you choose to share them.
Automatically collected data
Like most websites, we collect basic technical data (browser type, device type, approximate region from IP, pages visited) and gameplay events (e.g., puzzle started, puzzle completed, share tapped) to understand how Quigly is used and to keep it working.
What we don't collect
We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we use your data
To operate the game (daily puzzles, streaks, leaderboards), to sync your history across devices when you sign in, to display shared scorecards you create, to fix bugs and improve the game, and to prevent cheating or abuse on leaderboards.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to remember your progress, settings, streak, and anonymous player ID. We use only the cookies/storage necessary for the game and sign-in to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) and our hosting providers, which process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active or, for anonymous players, while your browser retains its local identifier. You can delete your account and associated data — or request deletion of anonymous data — by contacting us at the address below. Clearing your browser storage removes anonymous local progress. Shared scorecard links can be deactivated on request.
Children
Quigly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we'll respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and note the change on this page. Continued use of Quigly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
